Access violation vulnerability in Featured Image from URL (FIFU) 4.8.2

The Featured Image from URL plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that allows unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because the fifu_get_private_data_permissions_check() function does not have enough security measures in place. As a result, attackers who are logged in with contributor-level access or higher can take advantage of certain REST API endpoints.
