The Bailly theme for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions 1.3.4 and below. This means that people who are not logged in can access and run any files they want on the server, including PHP files. This can be used to get past security measures, get private information, or run code even if only images or other “safe” files are allowed to be uploaded.
