The Perfect Survey WordPress plugin had a security issue before version 1.5.2. It did not properly check and protect the information from the question_id GET parameter when it was used in a SQL statement for the get_question AJAX action. This meant that unauthenticated users could use this security gap to inject malicious code into the system.
