Input validation vulnerability in Store credit / Gift cards for woocommerce 1.0.49.46

A popular plugin for WordPress, called “Store credit / Gift cards for woocommerce” has a security issue. This issue, called “Reflected Cross-Site Scripting”, allows hackers to inject harmful code into the plugin’s parameters called ‘coupon’, ‘start_date’, and ‘end_date’. This can happen in all versions up to 1.0.49.46 because the plugin does not properly clean or protect the input and output. If a user is tricked into clicking a link, the code can be executed, making it possible for the hacker to access sensitive information.
