Input validation vulnerability in Events Calendar Made Simple – Pie Calendar 1.2.9

A popular add-on for WordPress called Pie Calendar has a security issue. This problem, known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting, affects versions 1.2.9 and below. The plugin does not properly clean up user input or protect against malicious code. This means that hackers who have contributor-level access or higher can insert their own code into pages, which will run whenever someone visits that page.
