Access violation vulnerability in Redirection 1.1.3

The Redirect Redirection plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security issue that allows people with lower privileges to make changes to the data in the plugin. This issue affects versions up to and including 1.1.3 of the plugin. This means that people with subscriber-level access, or higher, can delete redirect rules in bulk.
