Input validation vulnerability in HelpGent – The Ultimate Form Builder & TypeForm Alternative on WordPress | Craft Conversational Multi Step Form with Video, Voice, Screen Recording, & Text Messaging 2.2.4

The HelpGent plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows attackers to inject malicious code into the system. This can happen through a process called deserialization, where untrusted information is converted into a PHP Object. This vulnerability exists in versions 2.2.4 and below. If a certain type of chain is present in the system, the attacker could potentially delete files, access confidential information, or run their own code.
