Access violation vulnerability in Bard Extra 1.2.7

The Bard Extra plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows people to change information without permission. This happens because the plugin does not have a way to check if someone has the right permissions before using the bardxtra_import_xml() function. This means that someone who is logged in and has at least subscriber-level access can import demo information without permission.
