Input validation vulnerability in CHP Ads Block Detector 3.9.4

The CHP Ads Block Detector plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to 3.9.4. This means that if an unauthenticated person can get a site administrator to click a link or do something else, they can change or reset the settings of the plugin.
