The Custom Website Data plugin for WordPress is a vulnerable program that makes it possible for hackers to inject malicious web scripts into a user’s browser. The risk of this happening is present in versions of the plugin before 1.1, as the program does not properly sanitize and escape the ‘ref’ parameter.
