Input validation vulnerability in Chained Quiz 0.9.8

The Chained Quiz plugin for WordPress is a program that is vulnerable to something called Cross-Site Scripting, which could allow unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious code onto a website. This affects versions of the plugin up to and including 0.9.8, because it does not properly sanitize and escape user input. This means that attackers could add code to the website, which would then execute in the browser of anyone who visits the website.
