Output validation vulnerability in WooCommerce 2.3.10

The WooCommerce plugin for WordPress, which is used to add e-commerce features to a website, is vulnerable to a type of cyberattack called PHP Object Injection in versions up to and including 2.3.10. This means that attackers who are able to gain access to the website can inject a type of code called a PHP Object into the system. If a certain type of code chain is present, the attackers can then use a type of attack called XXE to access sensitive files from the server.
