Input validation vulnerability in WP-reCAPTCHA 3.1.3

The WordPress reCAPTCHA plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a type of attack called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This means that if someone can get a user to click on a link, they could be able to put malicious code on the website. Versions of the plugin up to and including 3.1.3 are affected by this vulnerability because the plugin does not adequately filter or protect against inputs and outputs.
