Input validation vulnerability in Button Builder – Buttons X 0.8.6

The Button Builder – Buttons X plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to and including 0.8.6. People who have contributor-level access and higher can inject malicious web scripts into pages that will be activated when someone visits the affected page. This is possible because the plugin does not properly filter the input and output of user-supplied attributes.
