The websimon-tables plugin version 1.3.4 for the content management system (CMS) WordPress has a security vulnerability which allows malicious code to be injected into the website through the ‘wp-admin/tools.php’ page. This vulnerability is known as a ‘cross-site scripting’ (XSS) attack.
