Input validation vulnerability in Pinyin Slugs 2.3.0

The Pinyin Slugs plugin for WordPress has a security issue that affects all versions up to 2.3.0 and could allow someone with administrator-level permissions to inject malicious scripts into pages on a website. These scripts could execute whenever someone visits an affected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where certain HTML code has been disabled.
