Access violation vulnerability in Construction Landing Page 1.3.5

Certain WordPress themes created by themedropbox are at risk for having their data changed without proper authorization. This is because the function _update_admin_notice in different versions of the theme does not have a capability check. This means that individuals who are logged in and have at least subscriber-level access could potentially dismiss important notifications meant for administrators. This issue has been assigned the CVE-2024-37508 identifier.
