Access violation vulnerability in Firebase OTP Authentication 1.0.1

The Firebase OTP Authentication plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows attackers to gain more access than they should have. Even if the plugin is up to date, this vulnerability still exists. Attackers who are not logged in can use this vulnerability to gain control of administrator accounts.
