Input validation vulnerability in WP Register Profile With Shortcode 3.5.7

The WP Register Profile With Shortcode plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to a security flaw known as Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This is a type of attack where malicious code is inserted into web pages and is executed whenever a user accesses those pages. This vulnerability is present in all versions of the plugin up to and including 3.5.7. It is only an issue for multi-site installations and those where an additional security feature known as unfiltered_html has been disabled.
