Input validation vulnerability in For the visually impaired 0.58

The For the visually impaired plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 0.58 and below. This means that people who are not authorized to make changes to the plugin could do so by tricking someone with administrative access (like a site administrator) into clicking on something like a link. This is because the ‘vi_plugin_setup_menu’ function does not have the proper security measures in place to prevent this type of attack.
