Input validation vulnerability in Maintenance Notice 1.0.5

A plugin called Maintenance Notice for WordPress is not safe and can be hacked. This can happen in all versions, including 1.0.5. The reason for this is because a certain function does not have the correct security check. This means that people who are not logged in can do something bad without permission, if they can trick the person who runs the website into doing it.
