Input validation vulnerability in Go To Top 0.0.8

The Go To Top plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This affects all versions, including 0.0.8. The problem is that a certain function does not properly check for a security code. This means that someone who is not logged in can change the plugin’s settings and add harmful code to a website, as long as they can trick the website admin into doing something, like clicking a link.
