Input validation vulnerability in Theme Editor 3.0

The WordPress plugin called “Theme Editor” has a security vulnerability called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This affects all versions up to and including 3.0. The issue is caused by not properly checking for a special security code on the ‘theme_editor_theme’ page. This could allow hackers who are not logged in to the website to run their own code by tricking the website administrator into clicking a link.
