Input validation vulnerability in Jetpack – WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth * -12.8-a.1

The Jetpack plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to and including 12.8-a.1. If someone with at least contributor-level access to the website uses Jetpack, they could inject malicious scripts into pages. These scripts would then run when any user visits the page, potentially putting their data or computer at risk. To protect against this, make sure that you are using the most up-to-date version of Jetpack.
