Input validation vulnerability in Guest Author 2.3

The Guest Author plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that can be exploited by people with access to the plugin. If the security flaw is taken advantage of, malicious web scripts can be inserted into pages. These web scripts can be executed whenever someone visits the page with the malicious script, which could cause serious damage. To protect yourself, make sure you update the plugin to the latest version of 2.3 or higher.
