Access violation vulnerability in NitroPack – Caching & Speed Optimization for Core Web Vitals, Defer CSS & JS, Lazy load Images and CDN 1.17.0

The NitroPack plugin for WordPress has a security issue that allows unauthorized changes to be made to its data. This is because there is no check in place to ensure that only certain users can access the ‘nitropack_dismiss_notice_forever’ function. As a result, attackers with subscriber-level access or higher can change options to a specific value, potentially causing issues with user registration or even causing the plugin to stop working.
