Input validation vulnerability in Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent 6.4.4

The Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to an attack called Cross-Site Request Forgery. This affects all versions up until 6.4.4 of the plugin. This attack happens because the plugin does not properly validate something called a nonce when it runs the ajax_create_pages function. This makes it possible for an unauthenticated attacker to create pages by tricking a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
