Access violation vulnerability in Aruba HiSpeed Cache 2.0.12

The Aruba HiSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress has a security issue that could allow unauthorized changes to be made to data. This is because the plugin does not have a check in place to ensure that only certain users have access to the ahsc_tool_bar_purge() function. This means that anyone with subscriber-level access or higher could potentially clear the cache.
