Thumbs Rating

The Thumbs Rating plugin allows users to add a thumb up/down rating to their content. It stores the votes values for each content in the current post table and uses HTML5 LocalStorage to prevent users from voting twice. The plugin is easy to customize using CSS and has no jQuery dependency. It also offers shortcodes to show the most voted items and buttons. The plugin is available in multiple languages and has support for Internet Explorer 11 with jQuery. From version 4.0.0 onwards, the plugin uses vanilla JavaScript (ES6 syntax) and will not work for IE11 users.
