Simple Page Ordering

The Simple Page Ordering plugin allows users to easily drag and drop pages, hierarchical custom post types, or custom post types with "page-attributes" into the desired position. The plugin is "capabilities aware" and only users with the ability to edit others' pages will be able to reorder content. Integrated help is included, and the plugin is available on GitHub for development. However, it is not compatible with Internet Explorer 7 and earlier.
