Moosend has launched a WordPress plugin that enables online retailers to track website behaviour of all visitors, ghost users and identified/logged-in users to perform segmentations or set up automated workflows to re-engage with their user base. The plugin automatically tracks actions even if the visitor is logged out or has never logged in and builds the user profile accordingly. It also enables retailers to track page views, add-to-cart events and successful purchases, and to use the Moosend marketing automation feature to create targeted workflows based on visitors' behaviour.
