KB Support is a WordPress plugin that provides support and help desk services to customers. It includes a built-in knowledge base to reduce the overall number of support queries, and features such as easily customizable submission forms, guest submission support, email notifications, restricted access, unlimited ticket participants, and a responsive front-end design.
