Frontend Admin by DynamiApps

The Frontend Admin Forms plugin allows users to easily edit content on their website from the frontend, without having to access the WordPress dashboard. Users can create custom forms with the form builder to save meta data to pages, posts, users, and more. The free version includes features such as editing and adding posts, editing user profiles, and a user registration form. The pro version includes additional features such as editing global options.
