The Surveys plugin for WordPress is not safe to use in versions up to and including v1.01.8. This vulnerability can be exploited by unauthenticated attackers to gain access to sensitive information from the database. This is done by adding additional information to the user-supplied data which is then not properly escaped or prepared in the existing SQL query.
