Input validation vulnerability in Smartsupp – live chat, chatbots, AI and lead generation 3.6

The Smartsupp plugin for WordPress, which allows users to use live chat, chatbots, AI, and lead generation, has a security vulnerability. This means that in versions 3.6 and below, there is a risk of Cross-Site Request Forgery. This is because the plugin does not properly verify a security feature called a “nonce.” This allows hackers to perform unauthorized actions if they can trick a site administrator into clicking on a link.
