Input validation vulnerability in Crayon Syntax Highlighter 1.13

The Crayon Syntax Highlighter plugin for WordPress is not secure in versions up to 1.13. An unauthenticated attacker can use the crayon_is_php_file function to include remote files, which can run code on the server. This could cause serious problems.
