Access violation vulnerability in contus-video-comments 1.0

The Contus Video Comments plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to, and including, 1.0. This means that people who are not authenticated (not logged in) can upload .jpg images to any part of the WordPress installation. To fix this, the plugin needs to add a check to make sure only authorized users can upload the images.
