Input validation vulnerability in Outbound Link Manager 1.2

The Outbound Link Manager plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to version 1.2. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to change the plugin’s settings without permission, by sending a forged request and getting an administrator to click on a link. To prevent this, nonce validation must be added to the links-manager-manage.php and links-manager-options.php files.
