Input validation vulnerability in When Last Login 1.2.1

The When Last Login plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to 1.2.1. Unauthenticated attackers can hide notices in the dashboard by tricking a site administrator into clicking on a link. This is possible because the security measure (called nonce validation) on the wll_hide_subscription_notice function is either missing or incorrect.
