Access violation vulnerability in GS Insever Portfolio 1.4.5

The GS Insever Portfolio plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that could allow unauthorized changes to be made to its data. This is because the save_settings() function does not have a capability check in versions 1.4.5 and below. As a result, attackers with at least Subscriber-level access could potentially alter the plugin’s CSS settings.
