Input validation vulnerability in Vandana Lite 1.1.9

The Vandana Lite theme for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions 1.1.9 and below. This is because the function vandana_lite_update_admin_notice() does not properly check for a specific code, making it possible for unauthorized users to dismiss an admin notice by tricking a site administrator into clicking on a link.
