Input validation vulnerability in WP-Thumbnail 1.1

The WP-Thumbnail plugin used in WordPress has a security vulnerability where ‘roboshot’ shortcode can be used to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting. This can happen in all versions up to and including 1.1. This vulnerability is caused by not properly cleaning and securing user input, which allows attackers with contributor-level access or higher to insert harmful web scripts into pages. These scripts will run whenever someone visits the affected page.
