The All in One SEO plugin for WordPress, which is used to improve a website’s search engine rankings, is vulnerable to a type of attack called Cross-Site Scripting. This type of attack could allow someone with certain permissions to inject malicious code into a website’s administrative pages. If a user accesses the page with the malicious code, it will be executed, potentially causing damage to the website. The vulnerability affects versions up to and including 2.9.1.1 of the All in One SEO plugin.
