The Formidable Forms plugin for WordPress has a security issue that makes it possible for people to bypass its anti-spam protections. This is true for all versions up to 6.0.1. The problem is that the plugin relies on certain headers (like ‘Client-Ip’ and ‘CF-CONNECTING-IP’) to find out the IP address of someone submitting a form
