Input validation vulnerability in WP_DEBUG Toggle 1.1

The WP_DEBUG Toggle plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions 1.1 and below. This vulnerability, called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting, occurs because the plugin does not properly clean up user input or protect against malicious code. It allows attackers who are not logged in to add their own scripts to web pages, potentially causing harm if a user clicks on a link.
