Input validation vulnerability in Comments Extra Fields For Post,Pages and CPT 4.0

The WordPress Comments Fields plugin for WordPress has a security vulnerability in versions up to and including 4.0. This vulnerability can be used by someone with administrative permissions to inject malicious web scripts into pages. These scripts will be executed every time someone visits an affected page. This vulnerability only affects websites that have multiple sites and have disabled unfiltered_html.
