Input validation vulnerability in URL Shortener Plugin For WordPress 3.0.7

The WordPress plugin called “URL Shortener Plugin For WordPress” has a security flaw that allows unauthorized users to access its features through the API. This happens because the function “verifyRequest” does not have a check to make sure the user has the proper permission. This means that people who have logged in and have at least Subscriber-level access can change links on the site.
