The Simple:Press – WordPress Forum Plugin for WordPress has a security issue in versions up to and including 6.6.0. This issue means that attackers can upload any type of file to the affected website’s server, which could allow them to execute remote code. This is due to a lack of file type validation in the ~/admin/resources/jscript/ajaxupload/sf-uploader.php file.
