Input validation vulnerability in Simple LDAP Login 1.6.0

The Simple LDAP Login plugin for WordPress has a security issue called Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. This happens because the plugin uses a function called add_query_arg without properly protecting the URL. This allows hackers to add their own harmful scripts to a page if they can trick someone into clicking on a link.
