Access violation vulnerability in Profile Builder – User Profile & User Registration Forms 3.9.8

The Profile Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthenticated attackers being able to create pages on the website without permission. This is because a capability check is missing from the wppb_create_form_pages() function, which is called via an admin_init action, in versions up to and including 3.9.7. This allows attackers to trigger the page creation process for this plugin.
